Our Founder/CEO
For more than 20 years, RCS Professional founder and CEO, Jeffrey Tebele has provided top-notch IT support services to small and medium businesses in the New York tri-state area.
As a teen in the late '80s, Jeffrey found his passion for IT solutions while working at his dad’s midtown Manhattan electronics store on 32nd Street. After graduating from Boston University with a business degree in finance, he found great success in servicing and repairing PC’s and printers at Rockwell Computer and Software; which was a partnership with his two brothers Charlie and Elliot. He started RCS Professional Services in 1999 with a focus on customer satisfaction and technology solutions for each individual client.
Outside of the office, Jeffrey is a dedicated Phish Phan and can be found catching their tour shows whenever he can. He also enjoys eating pizza and spending time with his wife and four kids at their home in Brooklyn.
NORMAN DWEK.
CIO & SECURITY SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT
Norman brings decades of IT experience and hands-on knowledge passionately and expertly to the RCS team. An Information Systems major at NYU, Norman's IT roots started when he founded his own internet music company called iJockey before beginning his "real" career in IT as a sales-associate at RCS back in RCS's formative years when it was still an electronics store. Currently, Norman serves as our Chief Solutions Architect which means that he is the genius responsible for ensuring that things work seamlessly both at RCS and for our clients.
TIM HEFFERNAN.
DIRECTOR OF TECHNICAL OPERATIONS
Call him Timothy, Tim, Timmy, or any variation of the three; just don’t enter a paintball competition with him. Tim has been paintball-ing competitively since he was 11, and he will beat you! He also enjoys woodworking and spending time with his wife and two boys.

CHLOE BECK.
TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Chloe obtained her degree in Communication Studies from Pace University in New York City when she joined the RCS team as a marketing intern, quickly advancing to Procurement Coordinator and now Technical Account Manager. Chloe has since moved back to her hometown roots in the Florida Panhandle and is loving the sun. She enjoys reading fantasy books, spending time with her dog Hughie, and competing with our technicians in the RCS Fantasy Football League. Chloe is also passionate about health and wellness and loves trying new foods and workouts.

Jack Rouleau.
Technical Account Manager
Jack Rouleau is a Georgia native and obtained his bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity at Georgia State University. He loves working with people and learning about all things technology. Jack's favorite hobbies include backpacking in national parks and traveling to new and unique places abroad. In his free time, he likes to go to the gym, work on his custom-built PC, and play guitar --- He's a huge Van Halen fan!

ESTHER DEUTSCH.
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Esther holds a Master's degree in Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Business. Together with her friend Luke, Esther co-hosts a networking community to help bring business professionals together: www.inthistogetherroundtable.com. She also enjoys volunteering; especially with groups for women in technology and ran a mission trip to teach coding to young girls in the country of Belize.

MILEN CHANG.
BOOKKEEPER
Milen studied Accounting at Baruch College before joining RCS in 2005. Hailing from Venezuela and then Hong Kong, Milen now lives in Ozone Park, Queens and enjoys playing with her Jitsu Terrier dog, Brownie.
Alex Espinosa.
Marketing Coordinator
Alex graduated from the University of North Georgia with a degree in Healthcare Informatics. She loves to read, has a cat named Boi, and happens to be married to Nick, one of our Help-Desk Engineers.

Eric has an Associate of Applied Science in Multi-disciplinary Technology and is currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity. He currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and 3 kids. Previously, they lived in Tampa, Florida, and before that in Hawaii, his last duty station in the Marines. Outside of work, Eric is passionate about hiking and spending time with his wife and kids.

RALPH SHALOM.
Project Engineer
Ralph holds a degree in Computer Engineering Technology with a minor in Electro-Engineering. He is the youngest of six and the best uncle, according to his four-year-old niece. When he’s not troubleshooting, Ralph loves to cook and bake and hopes to become a coder someday.

AHMAD ABDULWAHID.
PROJECT ENGINEER
A New Jersey native, Ahmad now lives in Georgia with his wife and 3 kids. Ahmad studied Mechanical Engineering, NCIS Networks, and Information Systems at Lincoln Tech. He is a huge sports fan (specifically football and basketball) and a former black-belt martial artist.

Thomas Rideout.
Service Manager
Thomas was born in Rhode Island and later moved to Massachusetts and then finally Georgia where he resides now. He took interest in culinary arts in high school and obtained a couple of certifications in the field; (ProStart) and (Serve safe).
Thomas met his wife in his senior year of high school. They have been together for 12 years and have 2 beautiful girls. Outside of tech, his passions include cars, gaming, and BBQs.

HARRIS GRIFFIN.
HELP DESK ANALYST
Harris Griffin hails from Oakland, CA, and now resides in Georgia. He has a background in networking and technical training. Harris's hobbies include playing video games such as Apex Legends and watching anime like Attack on Titan and Bleach. Harris has three sisters making him the only male in his family.

Carlos Andreu.
Procurement Coordinator
Carlos was born in Puerto Rico but lived all over due to his dad's military job. Carlos currently resides in Atlanta Georgia. Carlos, the oldest of three boys, is working toward obtaining his CompTIA A+ certification.
His hobbies include outdoor activities like basketball, hiking, baseball, softball, frisbee, football, you name it but his biggest hobby is film. Carlos loves going to movies and shooting 35mm films on his camera. He also loves going to Braves and Hawks games whenever he can.

Chris Rickard.
Help Desk Analyst
Chris comes from a musical family. His first "career" of sorts was as a freelance musician and music instructor. Through teaching music, he learned about the musical instrument repair trade and took classes at Minnesota Southeast technical college. Chris then worked with Ponce de Leon music in Cumming for the past 6 years. There, he picked up a hobby of tinkering with things and became a handyman of sorts. While Chris has been a computer person his entire life since his father works in IT, he decided to make a career in it a few years back and has since become certified in multiple areas of IT.

Help Desk Analyst
Nick brings his passion for life and technology to everything he touches. A graduate of the University of North Georgia, (UNG), he's built multiple computers for friends and family and has really enjoyed the process. Nick's extra money always goes toward upgrades for his computer though he says that this makes it hard for his family to get him gifts as they’re not very technologically literate.

Troy Thomason was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He has four sisters and no brothers. Troy graduated from the University of Central Florida with a film and literature degree. He also earned his A+ certificate and is currently working toward his Net+. For fun, Troy enjoys rock climbing, watching old movies, learning Spanish, and playing poker.

David's hobbies and interests include playing basketball, watching ATL Braves and Hawks games, cars, and hiking.

Jaden's hobbies include going to the gym, playing with his cat (Loki), and learning new technologies. He also loves watching Sci-Fi movies and anything astronomy-related. Jaden has a 4-year degree in CS and is a first-generation Brooklyn-raised Mama's boy.
